About Me
I started this practice to put my hat in the ring of improving care for people looking to heal. I would like to see therapy as affordable; affirming to all populations whether gender diverse, culturally diverse, or neurodivergent; and I would like to care for the providers who do the work of caring for their clients. I found in my own experience that there are many forces today that seek to keep us disconnected from ourselves and from safe communities. I think therapy is one aspect of creating a safe community that can help us get reconnected and remind us of what brings joy and meaning to our lives.
I have experience working in a hospital, health clinic, community center, college, and outpatient mental health setting.
When I’m not doing therapy or working on improving FMCS, you might find me taking walks, meditating, volunteering, or rock climbing. Or… watching a few episodes on the streaming platform Dropout.
