About Me

I believe healing begins with feeling seen, heard, and understood. My approach to therapy centers connection, empowerment, and the belief that people are doing the best they can with the resources they have. I am passionate about supporting individuals navigating life transitions, emotional distress, identity exploration, and trauma, and I strive to create a warm and affirming space where you can show up as your full self without judgment. From that place we can learn to find new patterns or new resources to help you move past stuckness and crisis.

I am dedicated to culturally responsive and inclusive care that acknowledges the unique lived experiences we all bring into the room — especially those from communities who have been historically marginalized or misunderstood in mental health systems. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you can reconnect with what brings meaning, joy, and possibility into your life.

I have experience working in crisis intervention, inpatient and outpatient programs, in a hospital, incarceration, education and community mental health. These experiences have deeply shaped my understanding of resilience and the courage it takes to seek support. It also helps me understanding that we are more than just our mental illness, we are people dealing with lives that can get difficult at times and that we are more than our worst moments.

When I’m not working, you might find me spending time with loved ones, reading, trying a new coffee spot, or enjoying nature when the weather allows. I also enjoy dancing which allows me to express myself creatively and maintain a sense of balance and well-being.
